Every Macy Pan chamber comes backed by a three year warranty and lifetime technical support, completely free of charge.

If any issue arises within the warranty period, Macy Pan will promptly provide free replacement parts along with clear step-by-step repair guidance through detailed photos and videos. In the rare case that the issue cannot be resolved, a brand-new unit will be sent to you at no cost.
